Delete your Pesolita account

Delete your Google sign-in account for Pesolita and its cloud backup. You can do this in the app, or request it here even if you no longer have the app installed.

Delete in the app

On iPhone (Pesolita 1.7 or later), open Settings → Delete backup & account. On Android, open Settings → Pesolita Pro → Delete backup & account. Sign in with the Google account used for your backup, then confirm the deletion.

Request deletion by email

1. Send the request from the Google email address used for your Pesolita backup.
2. Use the subject “Delete my Pesolita account”. You do not need to send wallet details, receipts or passwords.
3. We will verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days. We may reply if we need to confirm account ownership.

What is deleted

• Your Pesolita sign-in account, including the stored email address and account identifier.
• Your cloud wallet backup: cards, balances, transactions, notes, people, events and backed-up settings.
• Cloud copies of card photos, receiving QR codes and receipts.

Your wallet on your phone is kept. To erase that too, use Settings → Start over or uninstall Pesolita. Exported files remain wherever you saved or shared them. Deletion does not delete your Google account or erase purchases held by Apple or Google Play. Once deletion is complete, the cloud backup cannot be restored.
